OSM is a nice game. The advantage is you play for one season with real teams.
The ST do not give you an advantage in the game. They give you additional options.

You should all try Managerzone, it is just the best of them all.
Its more advanced and the crew always announces new options that improves the gameplay.

Game is to easy to play. And you get a to big advantage when you buy seasontickets.
Even hattrick is better. But I still find Freekick the best soccer game
